Vanilla Cacao Extract in Bourbon
We make a cacao extract in bourbon, using our own roasted cacao nibs and a vanilla extract in vodka and then blend the two before bottling.
This extract will give added magic to your baking, but for those 21 and older, it can also be enjoyed poured directly onto ice cream or into an adult drink for a little boozy kick!
Bottles may contain cacao sediment and a piece of vanilla pod. Keep those in there and just keep shaking it up.
